Okay, the Creation Kit is loaded and all the game assets are available for you to use. It's going to take a few moments to load everything so don't panic. Once that's all set up, simply open the Creation Kit, go to File -> Data and double click on the Skyrim.esm file until it's got an 'x' next to it.
